Credits & usage

How Linqr credits work: per-action price list, success-based billing, validity windows, month-over-month rollover and consumption order.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

The credit is Linqr's single usage unit: every prospecting action consumes a certain number of them. Your subscription refills your balance each month - the volume depends on your tier (see Plans & subscriptions) - and unused credits are kept according to the rules below.

What each action costs

Company found (criteria search)
1 credit - enriched profile and AI summary included.
Contact identified
1 credit - AI qualification scoring included.
Company detected via buying signal
4 credits - recent fundraising or strong team growth.
Similar company (lookalike)
4 credits - based on your best customers. Pro plans and above.
Business email enriched
4 credits - verified, only charged when an email is found.
Direct phone number
40 credits - only charged when a number is found. Pro plans and above.
AI-generated personalized message
Usage-based billing per generation, usually less than 1 credit.
This price list may evolve; this page reflects the current grid. Past searches are never re-billed, and a company or contact already found by your team is never counted twice.

Success-based billing

You only pay for what succeeds: if a search fails technically, the credits involved are automatically refunded. Enrichments (email, phone) work as a hold: credits are only debited when a result is found, otherwise the hold is released.

Validity windows

Monthly subscription
Each monthly refill is valid for 2 months from its delivery.
Annual subscription
Each monthly allocation is valid until the end of your commitment + 1 month - it can never expire mid-year.
Bonus credits
Each operation has its own validity, shown in your balance details.

Rollover & consumption order

  • Unused credits are not reset at renewal: each refill adds to your balance and lives until its own expiry date.
  • Credits closest to expiry are always used first: you never lose a recent credit while an older one is available.
  • On upgrade, the additional credits are added to your existing balance - nothing is overwritten.

Tracking your balance

  • The credit badge at the top of the app shows your balance in real time.
  • Billing → Details opens your balance breakdown: every credit lot with its expiry date, plus the history of grants and expirations.
  • The usage history lists every debited action with its exact cost.

Out of credits?

When your balance is empty, paid actions are simply blocked - no surprise billing. To continue: move to a higher tier (immediate, you receive the credit difference) or wait for your next monthly refill. Tier changes are detailed in Plans & subscriptions.
